Belize Home Source helps people buy, sell, and rent property on Ambergris Caye. We're based in San Pedro and know the island's neighborhoods, developments, and rental market firsthand.
What we do
- Buying: We help you find a home, condo, lot, or business that fits how you plan to use it: retirement, a second home, or a rental investment. We guide you through each step of the purchase.
- Selling: We market your property to buyers in Belize and abroad.
- Commercial: We've helped clients buy and sell businesses, condos, and vacation rental properties for more than 20 years. Tourism drives the economy here, so we focus on hospitality, food and beverage, tours, and rental properties.
- Rentals and property management: Through our property management partner, Stay Floreo, we offer long-term rentals and look after owners' homes, including cleaning, maintenance, and marketing.

John Wasson
John Wasson is a US-licensed Realtor with two international certifications from the National Association of Realtors: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).
He is a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, where he served three years on the International Committee and chaired the subcommittee for CIPS education.
John works with buyers, sellers, and renters on Ambergris Caye, from first questions through closing.
